Our mv hv junction boxes are composed of a SF6 load switch, a touchable cable connector and a stainless steel enclosure. They adopt IP65/IP68 enclosure, fitted with mechanically interlocked 3‑position switch. They follow DL/T1263‑2013 / IEC standards.

DFW‑12 cable branch box is designed with a 630A SF6 load switch.
This switch is a fully insulated shell formed by epoxy resin casting. The inner cavity is filled with SF6 gas of 0.045Mpa. It has three workstations – closing, opening and grounding.
This DFW-12/630A SF6 load switch has good arc extinguishing and anti‑pollution performance. When equipped with a fuse, it can also break the short‑circuit current.
The load switch has two operating mechanisms, manual and electric. When using the electric operating mechanism, remote control can be realized. There is a reliable interlock between the three workstations to ensure strict operation according to the procedure:
(1) When the load switch is in the closing position, the operating hole of the grounding switch is blocked, the grounding cannot be closed, and the front door of the ring network cabinet is locked. Live, can’t open.
(2) When the load switch is in the opening position, the grounding switch closing operation or the load switch closing operation can be performed.
(3) After the grounding switch is closed, the load switch cannot be closed, and the front door interlock of the ring network cabinet in the cable distribution box is released, allowing the front door to open.

OMEK Power’s high voltage link box supported rated voltage 12kV ~ 40.5kV. According to IEC international standard, it belongs to a medium voltage (MV) equipment. While in China, it always be regarded as a high voltage cable branch box. But both refer to the same voltage level products.

The core of the high-voltage distribution box is a set of three-phase high-voltage copper or aluminum busbars. It connects to one or multiple high-voltage main cables through the busbars.
Under the action of insulation joints or switchgear, this three phase cable branch box divides the electrical energy into multiple branches and provide power to the box transformer or transformer.
Cable branch box is also known as high voltage junction box, or HV box. As it is used in outdoors, it also called an outdoor cable distribution box. It is specifically used in medium and high-voltage distribution networks (commonly 10kV/11kV/22kV/35kV).
Its core is a set of three-phase high-voltage copper/aluminum busbars. Fully insulated and fully sealed. Its one side is connected to the main high-voltage distribution cable, then is divided into several cables through the busbar. The other side is connected to the distribution transformer or substation, supplying power to them.
It comes in two types. One does not have a switch, and it is only responsible for wiring. Another type, such as the cable branch box produced by OMEK, is equipped with a switch. It can cut off power, has grounding protection and is convenient for maintenance.
The configuration of the number of incoming and outgoing lines can be customized. Some adopt a combination of one incoming and multiple outgoing lines, while others use a combination of multiple incoming and multiple outgoing lines.
