100 kVA 3 Phase Transformer Main Components
Our advanced amorphous 3D wound core grants our 100 kVA transformer of 3 phase with higher mechanical strength and lower vibration.
We can offer copper/aluminum/copper-aluminum/copper foil options. Copper windings especially have the highest efficiency.
They are made of high purity copper. The advantage is they are helpful in lowering losses and getting long term ecomomic efficiency.
All our bushings of our 100 kVA 3 phase transformers are made of high strength porcelain. In this way, the electrical insulation can surely be reliable.
For the dry type transformer, this system is to help supervise the coil temperature in real time. It can prevent overheating and improve operational safety.
The off-circuit tap changer adjusts voltage when the transformer is powered off. It can keep the low voltage output stable.
By using the on-load tap changer, voltage adjustment can be made without shutting down the transformer.
For the enclosure’s materials, we have steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel to choose from. It can be customizable per your request.
