OMEK Power's Single Phase Distribution Transformer

Jinan Omek Electric Power Co., Ltd. (OMEK Power) produces both single phase and three phase transformers. Both transformers have pole-mounted type and pad-mounted type. Also, they can all be customized to cast resin dry type or oil immersed types.

We not only offer you high-quality single-phase distribution transformers, but also provide you with wiring solutions that are suitable for your power grid structure. We create value for you from multiple dimensions such as cost, construction, operation and maintenance, and safety!

Why Choose A Single Phase Distribution Transformer?

Single-phase distribution transformers play a crucial role in the last mile of the entire distribution network. Compared with three phase distribution transformers, single phase distribution transformers (aka. one phase transformer) are more cost-effective and economical in below scenarios where:
▪️ The load is dispersed
▪️ The power supply radius is long
▪️ The main use is for civilian or lighting purposes

By utilizing a new single phase distribution design, the single phase power transformer manufactured by OMEK Power has various advantages – obvious loss reduction in low-voltage lines, high power quality and high power supply reliability!

Product Classification

Single Phase Pole Mounted / Overhead Distribution Transformer

It is cylindrical and has an oil tank that can be hanged directly on the utility poles.

OMEK Power’s 1 phase pole mounted transformer has integral fuel tank structure, one-piece heat sink, rainproof and sun-proof, suitable for harsh outdoor weather.

The high and low pressure bushings and seals are made of premium materials. No risk of oil leakage, thus ensures stable long-term operation in the wild.

Overhead Distribution Transformer
1-Phase Padmount Transformer

1-Phase Padmount Transformer

This type is ground mounted and is fully enclosed metal cabinet. More beautiful and suitable for urban landscapes.

OMEK Power’s 1-phase padmount transformer owns fully sealed metal cabinet body, higher overall protection level, and designed with lock. No need for high altitude work. More safe maintenance.

Single Phase Dry Type Transformer

✅ Working frequency: 50/60HZ
✅ Primary and secondary voltages: combinations can be customized
✅ Ratings: 10-160kVA
✅ Cooling mode: air-cooled design AN/AF (Air Natural / Forced Air)
✅ Winding material: copper wire, copper foil
✅ Core material: High quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets
✅ Advantages: Low loss, good power-saving effect, economical operation, maintenance-free, small size, light weight, small floor space, and easy installation

Single Phase Dry Type Transformer (OMEK Power Brand)
1 Phase Auto Transformer

1 Phase Auto Transformer

Suitable for single-phase power supply scenarios, with similar voltage levels. It adopts an autotransformer winding structure. The full-load efficiency can reach up to ≥98%.

High-quality silicon steel sheet core, supporting multi-tap voltage regulation. As a buck-boost transformer, it supports voltage conversion of various industrial devices, keeping the voltage of your production line stable for a long time.

1 Phase Isolation Transformer

1. Double-winding independent isolation structure;
2. Fully electrically isolated to prevent electric shock and leakage;
3. High-grade insulating parts, with epoxy resin/high-strength insulating sheaths used for exposed windings;
4. Low-leakage magnetic core structure;
5. Suppress harmonic interference;
6. Protect precision equipment

1 Phase Isolation Transformer

Have any questions? We’re here to help you out.

How to calculate the appropriate size for a residential single phase transformer?

1)First, calculate the power of all the appliances for each house. Note that it’s ALL. This is the overall electricity load of the residential area.

2)Secondly, calculate the rated capacity required for the planned purchase of the single phase transformer. You need to take into account the simultaneous coefficient and power factor, and also reserve a margin of 20% to 30%. Use the following calculation formula to calculate the rated capacity (kVA) required for the transformer.

How to calculate the appropriate size for a residential single phase transformer

3)Compare with the industry-wide common range and select the matching standard capacity model.

4)Based on the selected capacity, combined with the installation scenario (dry type for indoor use and oil-immersed type for outdoor use), correspond to the standard length, width and height of the product. When installing, just leave some space around for heat dissipation.
