Our pad mounted transformer single phase covers capacities from 15 kVA to 500kVA, delivering flexible power solutions to meet all residential areas, commercial and industrial electricity demands.
A low-profile integrated enclosure with an olive green color. It blends naturally with the surrounding green plants and hedges, and does not obstruct the view.
From design to manufacturing, the product strictly follows all North American power standards, including ANSI, NEMA, RUS, CSA/CEA. It can directly meet the grid entry and acceptance requirements especially in the United States and Canada.
OMEK Power’s single phase pad mounted distribution transformers come standard with Bay-O-Net plug-in high-voltage fuses, high and low voltage independent isolation compartments, and automatic pressure relief valves.
In the event of overload or short-circuit faults, they can quickly isolate and disconnect to avoid risks such as box explosion or fire, making it more safer.
It is equipped with mineral transformer oil as the standard configuration, and an optional FR3 biological flame-retardant insulating liquid is available.
The liquid is fully biodegradable and will not pollute the soil and groundwater, making it very friendly to the ecological environment of residential areas, farms, etc.

Single phase pad mounted transformer connections:
On the primary side, H1 and H2 connect to the underground high-voltage cables. On the secondary side, X1 and X2 are the two hot legs, and X0 is the center-tap neutral, which needs to be grounded. The transformer enclosure and tank should also be properly bonded and grounded.
For a loop feed system, H1 is the incoming line and H2 is the outgoing line.
For a radial feed system, H1 is the incoming line and H2 is grounded.
For all connection methods, please refer to the transformer nameplate. No other connections should be made except those indicated on the nameplate.
Under standard configuration, the sizes of single phase pad mounted transformers manufactured by OMEK Power are as below (W×D×H, unit: mm):
- 15kVA /25kVA /50kVA：610 × 740 × 840
- 75kVA /100kVA：660 × 780 × 880
- 167kVA /250kVA：730 × 850 × 950

1. For pouring the concrete base, OMEK engineers suggest leave at least 6 inches (15cm) margin beyond the transformer footprint on all sides.
