Our single phase pole mounted transformers are available in ratings 10-160 kVA. They are designed as oil immersed and adopt the hermetically sealed type. Inside the tank, It can be filled with conventional mineral insulating oil, fire-resistant FR3 fluid, or our patented new generation liquid insulating material. This innovative insulating fluid was jointly developed with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, offering enhanced insulation reliability and safety.

Core Feature
OMEK Power single phase pole mounted distribution transformer adopts a dual-voltage low voltage design. The combination of low voltage of the transformer is 2 * 230V, which is different from the ordinary single phase two wire system transformer.
The greatest advantage is the low voltage current is only half, and the line loss is only 1/4 comparing to the ordinary type. These make it especially suitable for long distance rural power distribution and remote areas.

- Input line: Connect the high-voltage lines of the pole, such as 7.2kV, from the porcelain insulator to the top terminals of the transformer. The current directly flows into the thin high-voltage coils wound around the outer layer of the iron core.
2. Magnetic conversion: When the coil is energized, a 50Hz alternating magnetic field is generated in a single iron core, converting electrical energy into magnetic energy.
3. Voltage reduction and power transformation: Due to the fact that the number of turns in the low-voltage winding inside the iron core is several dozen times less than that of the high-voltage winding, the voltage is reduced to the voltage for household use.
4. Output line power supply: The low-voltage leads are connected to the household, providing electricity for the appliances in villas and residential areas.
5. Heat dissipation: The transformer oil inside the box circulates naturally through ONAN for heat dissipation, operating outdoors on a pole all day long.
